The small, almost grasslike Chain Sword (Echinodorus tenellus) is ideal for a foreground cover. The small size is best maintained in high lighting. Sprays of tiny white flowers frequently appear once established.

When they showed up they were pretty brown. But aside from that. They don't look at all like the picture. These are not ground cover foreground plants. The leaves go straight up and are 6 inches tall. It's been a week and they are mostly dead. Some new growth, but it will be a good month before they are healthy. I do run co2 and ferts.

We do everything possible to ensure safe delivery but in extreme heat and the slower shipping methods can be hard on some plants but they usually rebound in a few weeks. Sometimes juvenile plants are shown but larger specimens can be shipped depending on our availability.
